How can I wear my WRInkles Wearable Weights?
Wrinkles are designed to wear on your wrists or your ankles, depending on the exercise.
What size WRInkles Wearable Weights are the best – 1lb Gobi or 2lb Sahara?
For beginners or those looking for a lighter session, we’d opt for the 1lb Gobi Wrinkles; as it adds just the right amount of force to your workout. These are 1lb each (or approx. 400g)
For those more advanced or looking to take that burn to the next level, we’d suggest the 4lb Sahara Wrinkles. These are 2lb each (or approx. 800g)
Do I always need a KRUMP Reformer Mat when doing Reformer Pilates?
Many people choose to lay straight on the Reformer bed, though a KRUMP Reformer Mat both heightens your comfort and grip on the bed and helps brighten the look…!
What size should I choose for my KRUMP Socks?
All socks are available in sizes S-M & M-L.
Size S – M fits approx. US ladies shoe sizes 5 to 9
Size M – L fits approx. US ladies shoe sizes 9 to 13

What currency is my order being charged in?
The standard currency is UAE Dirham, though you have the option to select your currency of choice once logged into your account.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Apple Pay
Gift Cards
You will receive your gift card via email, to redeem it simply enter the gift card code into the 'gift cards/discount' box at checkout.
You're welcome to use your gift card on multiple orders and it will be valid for 365 days.
How long is my gift card valid for?
All gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for orders over AED 250, prior to this is dependent on product and location, though starts around AED 30 for orders within UAE
I haven’t received my order yet?
Answer CIf your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date on your tracking number, there are a few things you can do
- Double check that your delivery address and details are correct by referring to your email confirmation of your order
- Check your tracking number sent to the email associated with your orders as the estimated delivery time can change if there are expected delays in your area or country
If you need to make any changes to your order, contact us at info@krump.ae with the subject line Report an Issue include your order number and our team will help resolve this asap for you
Do you ship orders on weekends?
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), so if you place an order after 4pm on Friday this will be processed and packed the following Monday.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I made an impulsive purchase; can I return my item?
Your items can be returned for KRUMP credit or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
If the item was purchased during a sale period, it sadly can’t be returned unless faulty
International orders:
You're able to opt for Refund or Store Credit within 14 days, sadly No Exchanges. All items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags and product packaging intact.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
Returning of items to us will be on you as the customer, unless the product is faulty, in which case we will arrange for you.
I received a faulty item, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear you received a faulty item.
You can process a faulty item claim for refund, store credit or exchange by simply emailing us on info@krump.ae or clicking here and we’ll be glad to help. We will then review the claim and process it accordingly for a refund or gift card.
If you’re replacing the faulty item and it is not sold out, a gift card will be processed instead so you can choose something else.
I received the incorrect order.

Can I return a gift?
Our returns portal makes it easy to process your gift return and gives you the flexibility to swap sizes or items to best suit you.

Can I return my gift card?
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Depending on the country some orders get charged by customs fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine duties and taxes as this information varies by country. Customers ordering online will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges.
If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
How can I update my order?
Please email us at info@krump.ae as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Where are your products made?
All our products are designed in Dubai, UAE and manufactured in China. We have a close relationship with all of our production partners to ensure they maintain safe working environments and a duty of care in all they do.
How do I care for my products
Our items are made using recycled materials so need to be cleaned with care
MATS
- They are machine washable, though please use gentle cycle (delicate) and use cold water
- Lay flat to dry in shade
- If you are spraying your mat after each use, use cold water and a natural disinfectant.
SOCKS
- They are machine washable, please use gentle cycle (delicate) and use cold water
- Wash it alone or only with similar colours and avoid mixing with other abrasive fabric/materials like denim or Velcro
- Avoid strong detergents and harsh cleaners as they might weaken the fibers and cause them to break and pill
